- Exchanges will only be processed within 7 days of receipt of the original item, please contact us as soon as possible if an exchange is needed at support@cableintehbay.com
- Customers are responsible for returning fees (shipping costs will not be refunded on returns)
- If you find any quality problems when you receive your item(s), please contact us as soon as possible at support@cableinthebay.com, we promise to resolve the issue within 48 hours.
- Full refund or exchange is valid within 60 days after original payment confirmation.
- Items must be returned within 30 days, with a full refund (with the exception of shipping costs to return the item back to us).
